Life is still pretty hard. I am still traversing 3 states every single day just to have a livelihood. Thankfully, there’s still humor left in this world that makes such horrible journeys bearable. I am travelling to office right now and just overheard a conversation between two random passengers in the metro. Couldn’t help myself [...]

Off to Lucknow
This is gonna be a really hectic weekend. I returned from office last night at about 9 and headed straight to a friend’s place. We drank a bit, cooked our dinners and caught up with the latest technological advances. From there, I was off to another friend’s place, the one with whom I am currently [...]
Please use a condom!
As the time passes, Delhi metro has started to get crazier, and more crowded than ever. People seem to be oozing out of the metros off every single orifice the trains have got. There are people stamping on your feet, and then there are others rubbing their crotches with yours. Worse times are when the friction actually results into a hard-on, irrespective of who the effect is exhibited on.
3G is here!
So, 3G finally gets launched by all the mobile operators around the country! And I must say, I have been looking to use 3G for over 2 years now, and had been tempted to buy a 3G enabled phone for almost as long. So, once the 3G spectrum started to get auctioned off, I just [...]
My Tryst with a NGO
For the last couple of days, a few of my friends and I have been trying to organize a fund raiser where we could raise around Rs 1,50,000 as donations in our effort to distribute quilts/blankets to the destitutes residing on the Delhi streets. We named it Blanket of Relief.
For the same cause, we had been on the lookout to partner with a couple of NGOs who would help us reach the last mile. That is, we needed someone who had the experience to distribute the blankets to ones who need them. On top of that, we also needed a NGO to handle the donations that came in, to keep the system transparent and instill faith in the hearts of the donors.
On one such conversation, I managed to come across a NGO who showed a lot of interest in partnering with us, and furthering our cause. But, there was a twist. Apparently, the cause we were fighting for, was not the cause they were interested in. They were the ones who looked after solving administration and water problems for the poor. And hence, in their bid to help us, the Director of the NGO suggested us to present a fake invoice for water pumps, and also furnish fake images of new water pumps being installed, so that he could show it in his books that the money that got collected were used in installing water pumps in water ridden areas.
Blog Awards, Mumbai Trip, and more…
Time, as they say, stops for none. Nah, not even for the Devil himself. My last week has been weird. I mean, it’s been great in some respects, but then, it kinda sucked too. On top of it, I have been keeping shit busy. And hence this post, after a hiatus of one whole week!
Well, first things first. I must admit, I have NEVER (yes, never!) before received a blog award, and here is the very first one, thanks to Rohini. Yes, I am happy. I must admit, I am not really excited about the award itself. But the very gesture that Rohini felt this blog should be awarded, was what touched my heart. And of course, just like your very first love, you always remember your very first blog award. So, without any more ado, here’s my award!
Mayhem Around My Life
Would you believe it? I just survived a freaking 30 hours of load shedding, yesterday? Oh yes, the power had gone at 5pm, Sunday, and finally showed it’s face at 11pm, last night! Why? Well, apparently some unfortunate transformer had decided to die after some 7 years of service. Fuck! Just 7 years and a transformer goes for a toss? What shit kind of equipments has the Karnataka government commissioned for? All bloody cheaters, out here! First the auto rickshaw drivers, second – the landlords, and now the Karnataka government itself!

This blog is basically a chronicle of my life, and my emotions, since the time I first left home, in search of the oblivion, in quest of my ultimate goal. This blog has a lot of my memories that still manages to churn out a plethora of emotions within me, every time I wade through the cobwebs of my memory. While I was just a little teenager when I started with it, today I am in the transition phase of being a man of my own stature. And the journey still continues.
